Overnight Oatmeal
1 cup Steel Cut Oats
4 cups water
Unrefined salt to taste

(double or triple this recipe for big families or just to have extra for the next day)

Put in crockpot on low overnight, serve with protein powder

Add Ins:

  • Cranberries
  • Raisins
  • Vanilla
  • Cinnamon
  • Apple chunks
  • Blueberries, rasberries
  • Almonds
  • Honey or maple syrup

Option - replace water with homemade chicken stock. Crack a few eggs over the top of the oats, and optionally add some shredded cheddar cheese.
