Kale

High in Luetein + Zeaxanthin, beta Carotene, Vit A, Potassium

Clean kale by removing thick stems, chop into bite sized pieces, and wash under running water in a colander

Option 1:  steam kale over high heat with some Tamari.  Lower heat to low after steam is abundant under the lid.  Steam until tender – about 20 minutes

Option 2: sauté  in a little olive oil and chopped garlic.  Add some Premier Pink Salt to season.
