Avocado Salad
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Number of servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
one large, ripe avocado
one ripe tomato of equal size
2 teaspoons of diced red onion
2 Tablespoons of fresh,
chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon of fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons of fermented soy sauce (such as Nama Shoyu)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl and toss together. Divide into two smaller bowls and serve immediately.
